La Paz: The president of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, Luis Arce, will lead today the national celebrations for the 196th anniversary of the proclamation of the independence of the South American country, Prensa Latina publishes.
In homage to the date, a session of honor will be installed in the new headquarters of the Legislative Assembly (parliament), where Arce will issue his message to the nation, according to the Bolivian Information Agency.
Vice President David Choquehuanca and other authorities from the Legislative, Executive, Judicial and Electoral organs, in addition to the high command of the Armed Forces and the Police, will also participate in the event.
