Mayabeque artist exhibition announced at Havana Biennial.

Mayabeque, Cuba: Naufragios, is the name of the exhibition of the talented professional photographer Yovanis González Elizalde that will open at the Domingo Ravenet gallery, on December 10, at 5 in the afternoon, as part of the fourteenth Havana Biennial, the largest contemporary arts event in Cuba.

The 12 black and white snapshots reflect landscapes of the southern coast of Mayabeque affected by climate change, images that denote a panorama of isolation and desolation where the environment connects with humanity.

The artist Yovanis González Elizalde with his new exhibition Naufragios invites the public to know the beaches of southern Cuba that have a unique beauty, marine horizons recreated in the lens with total control of the Camera, Lighting and Composition.

González Elizalde, due to his excellent work, has managed to occupy a space among the great photographers worldwide, being invited to personal and group exhibitions for competitions at this level.
