Mayabeque, Cuba: A beautification work on the facades, counters and roofs In the commercial and gastronomy units of Güines is being carried out to change the image of the centers and provide an optimal service.
According to the director of the Commerce, Gastronomy and Services Enterprise in Mayabeque, Enrique Pérez Robaina, they have recovered four of the six units in poor condition, belonging to the Río Seco-Amistad Popular Council
As part of the objectives of this project, they are working on the construction of a replica of the Plaza Comercial of San José de las Lajas, in the old Reparto Asbert market (Las Yaguas), in Güines.
In Mayabeque, community reanimation actions are taking place to improve services and remodel establishments.
“The Commercial Plaza will be used to concentrate all the self-employed workers in the municipality of Güines,” Pérez Robaina said.
