Mayabeque, Cuba: From February 7 to 11, the training course for the exercise of the functions of the prosecutor takes place in San José de Las Lajas, a meeting promoted by the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Mayabeque.
At the opening of the appointment for overcoming the Provincial Chief Prosecutor, Lourdes Pedroso Parés, offered the conference ?The Origin and functions of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic. The role of the Prosecutor in light of the 2019 Constitution?.
As part of the exercise to improve their work, the young prosecutors of the province will participate in conferences and workshops. On Friday, February 11, the attendants will take the final exam where they will present the knowledge they have acquired.
During the training days, the specialists will address issues such as the budget and common and divergent concepts between Psychology and Law, Impact and significance of Institutional Communication in the Prosecutor’s Office, Importance of the Planning Process and Information for the Organization of Work in the Prosecutor’s Office, and the Code of Ethics of the Prosecutor’s Office and the disciplinary regime.
The diploma is part of the activities carried out by the Mayabeque Provincial Prosecutor’s Office regarding the Rendering of Accounts of the Attorney General’s Office to the National Assembly of People’s Power.
