Mayabeque, Cuba: Just over 7,500 tons of sugar has been produced to date by the Boris Luis Santa Coloma de Madruga Agroindustrial Company during the current and complex sugar harvest.
The sugarcane deficit influences the low levels of grinding reported by the factory, only 50 percent of the planned figure, which is why they require the support of other municipalities in the province.
The Héctor Molina plant in San Nicolás will contribute approximately 63,700 tons of the crop and will receive the support of cane cutting squads that will guarantee the arrival of more than 60 thousand tons of raw material to the mills of the industry.
A greater supply of cane to the dumpers of the Boris Luis Santa Coloma Agroindustrial Company in Madruga will boost sugar production in the entity during the current conflict.
