Mayabeque, Cuba: Mayabeque continues with a high number of positive cases for Covid-19, yesterday confirming 118 infected, one of them imported, distributed in nine of its municipalities.
The municipalities with the highest incidence rate are San José de las Lajas with 50 and Nueva Paz with 22.
For its part, San Nicolás reports 10 diagnosed with the virus; Güines has 9 while Jaruco has 8, Bejucal: 7, Madruga: 6, Batabanó: 5 and Santa Cruz del Norte one imported.
The virus can spread from the mouth or nose of an infected person in the form of small liquid particles expelled when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing, or breathe.
