Mayabeque, Cuba: Keeping Madruga free of contagion with Covid-19 is the purpose of all local authorities who have been working tirelessly for seven months to protect the health of the people.
Today the control and the requirement continue to be a priority for the administration, the municipal mayor, Betina Broche González assured.
“Community work is fundamental and constitutes a challenge to maintain sanitary control in the municipality”, the leader said.
With more than 30 rural settlements and communities and two urban towns, the strategy of orderly distribution of basic necessities such as hygiene and food is maintained.
Self-responsibility and discipline must accompany this effort by the government to put an end to the pandemic for good.
