He is in Intermediate Care, afebrile, sedated, yesterday he presented desaturation, increased work of breathing and exhaustion, so he proceeded to intubate and ventilate, on mechanical ventilation with moderate respiratory distress. Hemodynamically stable. Normal diuretic rhythm. Gasometry with respiratory alkalosis. Torax X ray with Radiological worsening. Inflammatory mottling in both lung bases.
The 66-year-old citizen of the Quivicán municipality is reported as an unstable critic. He does not refer to a Personal Pathological History. He is in Intermediate Care, afebrile, sedated, on mechanical ventilation with moderate respiratory distress, yesterday he presented a cardiac arrest that required resuscitation. Hemodynamically unstable, supported by amines. Adequate diuresis. Blood gas with metabolic acidosis. Torax X ray. Inflammatory-like lesions in both lung fields. Negative evolutionary PCR.
