Mayabeque, Cuba: The Livestock Genetics of the East Company, located in the municipality of Madruga, predicts more than two million pesos in profits at the end of December of this year, as a result of the measures approved in the country to accelerate the obtaining of food.
The entity’s director, Julio Bernal García, explained that the granting of bank credit with new facilities allowed the development of alternative productions in the period such as the planting of corn and beans to contribute to import substitution and local self-sufficiency.
The measures in favor of the development of agriculture impact on the fiscal year of the Livestock Genetics of the East Company of Madruga in this 2021, in which the milk plan will be fulfilled with an average of 550 liters per total cows and the meat plan.
Today the entity has one beneficial owner of milk and four of meat fattening inserted into the productive chain with the Dairy and Cattle Companies El Cangre and Valle del Perú.
The diversification of the productions continues in the center of interest of the group to strengthen the Socialist State Enterprise, in response to the call of the country, as well as the commission to serve the communities.
