Mayabeque, Cuba: The provincial radio station Radio Mayabeque today made a balance of the work carried out during this 2021.
During the meeting, the radio operators exchanged criteria on varied and informative programming, radio productions and training for journalists.
The head of the information department of Radio Mayabeque, Rebeca Díaz Acosta, emphasized the improvement of the journalistic staff and the quality of the materials.
Meanwhile, the Head of the methodological department, Daysi Hernández classified the works as good, based on the monitoring of the spaces and the analysis of the difficulties emanating from them.
The union of a collective, which spared no effort in the toughest months of the pandemic, was another issue on the table.
The meeting also made clear the importance of the self-preparation of journalistic and artistic personnel to face the media campaign and the enemy’s attempts to bring to the world a distorted reality of the largest island of the Antilles.
The assembly was chaired by the member of the Municipal Bureau of the Party, in charge of the ideological political sphere, Zusel Torres Arango, the Delegate of the Cuban Institute of Radio and Television (ICRT) in Mayabeque, Nancy Montes de Oca, and the Party official in the province, Miguel Guzmán, among other specialists in the sector.
