United States: The forest fires that are registered in at least 12 states of the United States have left a balance of 33 people dead and dozens more are missing, local media reported.
According to accounts by US authorities, there are currently more than 100 active fires in 12 western states of that country, a situation that also causes thousands of people to leave their homes, Radio Rebelde reports.
The residents of the city of Los Angeles, for example, face the worst smog in 26 years, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times.
