Caracas: The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that the unity of the revolutionary forces is today the only guarantee of victory in the parliamentary elections on December 6, Prensa Latina publishes.
Through his account on the social network Twitter, the party leader urged all patriots to raise the flags of dignity and independence.
Likewise, he predicted the electoral defeat of those who intend to generate divisions in the revolutionary forces, as a political strategy to have a chance in the upcoming elections.
‘Those who try to demoralize or divide the Bolivarian forces will be defeated again. We will win, ‘said Cabello.
For his part, the opposition leader Claudio Fermín, said the day before that those who call for sanctions and the economic blockade deny national sovereignty.
During an interview with the journalist and Minister of Culture, Ernesto Villegas, the representative of the Solutions for Venezuela party, said that trying to decide the fate of the country outside of national borders and advocating for foreign courts to judge Venezuelans is a denial of all patriotic love.
Fermín stressed that the international conspiracy process is one of the most difficult journeys this South American nation is going through.
Despite the destabilizing attempts and the call by the extreme right to boycott the process, more than a hundred parties and organizations of all political tendencies nominated 14,000 candidates for the National Assembly before the National Electoral Council, in contempt since 2016 for ignoring and challenge the remaining powers of the state.
