Chile: Chile launched the Covid-19 vaccination plan today with the hope of immunizing around 5 million people in the first quarter of 2021, Radio Rebelde reports.
The South American country has since last week at least two million vaccines from the Chinese laboratory Sinovac. The antidote was approved for emergency by the Institute of Public Health (ISP) on January 20 to face the coronavirus.
According to the Ministry of Health, priority will be given in the supply of the vaccine to health personnel, centers of the National Service for Minors, health residences and residents in homes for the elderly.
