Mayabeque, Cuba: The 19 projects approved by the Municipal Administration Council (CAM) of Melena del Sur, today respond to the Local Development Program, in a territory with few entities that contribute one percent to the state budget.
The vast majority are destined to obtain food and their genesis stems from the exploitation of endogenous resources such as those produced by the earth and they are called to an important role in the sustainable development of the locality.
According to the head of the local development section, Jalima Emilia Herrera García, they also carry out two projects of great importance for the municipality that does not have mini-industries.
Around 53 project ideas, aimed at production, employment generators and social welfare, await for approval.
