“Sponsored by the ArtUpstairs group of Spain, through Gilberto Macareño and Ariel Santamarina who work on this project together with artists from our province such as Lázaro Yovani Enrique, manager of the project that will circulate on the networks until February 21”, the director of the institution, Odalmis Troncoso Pérez, explained.
“Three works are uploaded every day. We have 74 samples from 14 countries”, Odalmis Troncoso added.
