The Master in Social Studies and Director of the School of the PCC in Batabanó, Marta Iris Santos Tornes, said that each of the great partisan events has taken place in certain historical moments. On this occasion, the political leadership of the country was handed over to the new generations.
Once the congress is over, the municipal schools of the Party assume new goals in the training and preparation of all revolutionaries with a view to strengthening the work of our leading and governing force in Cuban society: the Communist Party of Cuba.
