Mayabeque, Cuba: Mayabeque reports today 111 positive cases of Covid-19, of them 7 without an identified source of infection and one imported, distributed in 10 of its 11 municipalities, according to the national part of the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP).
The municipality of Güines today with 34 is the one that reports the highest number, followed by San José de las Lajas with 26 and Batabanó with 21, while Madruga confirmed 9 new cases of the disease yesterday, Nueva Paz and Melena del Sur 5, Jaruco 3, Santa Cruz del Norte and Bejucal 2 each.
According to the report offered by Doctor Francisco Durán García, from Mayabeque, 7 patients are treated in intensive therapies, 6 critically ill and 1 seriously ill.
The Cuban citizens reported as critical are 4 from the municipalities of Güines, 67, 77, 73 and 57 years old, a 58-year-old man from San José de la Lajas and a 76-year-old woman from Madruga and a 32 years old from the municipality of San Nicolás.
