Mayabeque, Cuba: The province of Mayabeque registers 413 positive samples for Covid-19, which denotes the current complex epidemiological situation, according to the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) of Cuba.
San José de las Lajas continues with an increase in those diagnosed with the virus, yesterday with 98 cases, while Jaruco reports 77, Madruga: 75, Melena del Sur: 70 and San Nicolás: 41.
For its part, Güines has 24 patients, Santa Cruz del Norte: 14, Nueva Paz: 9, Bejucal: 3 and Quivicán: 2.
According to the press conference of Dr. Francisco Durán, 411 are contacts of confirmed cases and two do not refer a source of infection.
Yesterday 79 people died in Cuba because of Covid-19, five come from Mayabeque, from the municipalities of Madruga, Jaruco, Quivicán, Santa Cruz del Norte and San Nicolás. We convey our condolences to the families and friends.
