According to the advisor of the Municipal Public Health Immunization Program, Sibil Misas Vega, they give priority to infants from six months to two years of age and all pregnant women, regardless of their gestational age.
The flu vaccine is also indicated for patients with bronchial asthma with two years of age up to six years of age and young people who suffer from this disease, between 18 and 24 years of age.
All patients with cystic fibrosis, chronic kidney failure, cerebral palsy, and adults over the age of 85 will also be immunized against seasonal flu.
The flu vaccine will be provided at the Noelio Capote Comprehensive Teaching Polyclinic Vaccination Center in Barcelona, the Public Health note specifies.
