Mayabeque, Cuba: The rigorous control by executives of the Agricultural Company of the municipality of Melena del Sur to the crops of its Covered Houses constitutes a priority in 2021.
The seriousness of the exchange with its workers by the entity’s agricultural director, Alberto Gallo Socorro, to these facilities, in the midst of the weekly control of the food production process is proof of this.
The priority in checking these areas is given by their destination and economic value, Gallo Socorro said.
Upon entering the interior of the metallic structures, one amazes the freshness of the tomato, chard, radish and lettuce fields that host the three Covered Houses in the southern territory.
These are an expression of the careful cultural attention they receive from a small, but enthusiastic and stable group of workers with a sense of belonging to the task.
