Mayabeque, Cuba: The homes of the members of the Cuban delegation to the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, in San José de las Lajas, will be declared, as of this July 1st, Olympic houses.
The Methodologist for National Relations and Mass Activities Amarili Rodríguez, reported that the home of Yudo Commissioner Rafael Manso Reyes, located at 4309 house, 80 street between 43 and 45, will be the first in the capital of Mayabeque, to become an Olympian home.
At 10:00 in the morning on Saturday, July 3, another family will receive this condition, that belonging to the Director of Sports Medicine, Pablo Castillo Díaz, located on 29 avenue number 6611 between 66 and 68.
At 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 4, the coach of the women’s weightlifting team, Yovani Giniebra Junco, located at 47 avenue, number 8632 between 86 and 88 will be also declared.
Authorities of the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER), representatives of the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR), the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and glories of sport from the capital of Mayabeque, as well as the Group Attention to Retired Athletes from the province and the municipality, will preside over these simple events, where the distinctive stickers of the place of residence of our representatives to the Tokyo Olympic Games will be placed.
