Mayabeque, Cuba: The Temporary Working Group to confront Covid-19 in Bejucal authorizes the delivery of temporary supply books.
According to the director of the Consumer Register Office (OFICODA by its Spanish initials) in this locality, Idania González Cruz, the measure was approved last month and up to date, they have issued 42 supply books and carry out the pertinent procedures to legalize another 12.
The beneficiaries are inhabitants with a private address in other provinces of the Island and who cannot move due to the movement restriction imposed by Covid-19.
Those who request this option must contact the OFICODA’s office and present the requirements to request it, the identity card and personal data. As an agreement of the local managers a few months ago, some cards were made to allow these people to buy in the stores and also the products released in the groceries, even without belonging to a family nucleus
