Mayabeque, Cuba: This August 13 we will be celebrating Fidel’s 95th birthday. Although he is not physically among us, his example, chivalry, will and his firm courage on any stage remains.
He is one of those personalities that transcend today and will remain latent in the future, for his great contribution to humanity, to the achievement of a planet where inequalities will not mark the way.
Fidel envisioned Cuba as a country of men of science and gave a special place to Public Health, to medicine from the community, where today action is being taken to prevent and control the Covid-19 pandemic.
For that and more he is still among us.
