Mayabeque, Cuba: The epidemiological situation in the western part of the country forced the baseball leadership to change the game schedule of the 60th National Series, which will open on September 12.
Now, the first four sub-series of all the teams will be in eastern Cuba, except for the opening match between Camagüey and Matanzas, which will be played at the Victoria de Girón stadium in the city of the bridges.
Thus, the programming of the Mayabeque Huracanes team is as follows: they begin as visitors in Las Tunas, then they travel to Camagüey, then to Sancti Spíritus and return to Ciego de Ávila, for a total of ten meetings outside their premises.
Between September 26 and 27, they received at the Nelson Fernández de San José de las Lajas, Holguín and later Granma. They go out again and visit Pinar del Río and Matanzas, to later return home and confront Industriales and Isla de la Juventud.
They take the road again and go to Cienfuegos and Artemisa, then they will host Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo, to return to the east and face Granma and Holguín and thus finish the first stage of the regular phase.
For November 7 and 8, the All-Star Game is scheduled and from November 10 to 22 of that same month, the Huracanes will have four consecutive sub-series on their premises against: Las Tunas, Camagüey, Sancti Spíritus and Ciego from Ávila, respectively.
They go to the eastern zone again, to face Santiago de Cuba and Guantánamo, they return to Mayabeque and face Pinar del Río and Villa Clara, they play with Industriales at the Latinoamericano stadium, they receive Matanzas at the Nelson Fernández, they go to Villa Clara and they wait in San José de las Lajas for Artemisa and Cienfuegos. The Huracanes finish the qualifying stage of 75 games as visitors at the Cristóbal Labra on the Isla de la Juventud.
