Mayabeque, Cuba: The workers of the Esponjeria Workshop, in the municipality of Batabanó, made a new delivery of net production to the Caribes Export Company in the country’s capital.
According to the head of the entity, Alfredo Frómeta, in the months of September and October they contributed 1070.55 kilograms of sponge, for a commercial value of 9,153,32 pesos, which represents an injection of Freely Convertible Currency for the country’s economy.
“At this time, all that remains is to conclude a net sponge month. Workers prepare for the new delivery. Despite the setbacks caused by the pandemic, the Workshop did not stop producing”, Frómeta added.
Contributing to the economic development of Cuba constitutes the main mission of this group.
