Mayabeque, Cuba: The development of three foreign investment projects with the objective of boosting the local economy and thus achieving a better supply of the province constitutes one of the most important actions in Mayabeque.

This project is identified with all the documentation. The cause of the delay is the entry of Europeans to the country due to Covid-19, once the situation allows it they will constitute the joint venture.
The other proposal is the production and commercialization of chicken meat in coordination with a Russian company, it is extended to several municipalities in the province and the final touches are given to the documents to be delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment (MINCEX) for the approving of the aval so the joint group can be constituted.
The third project is related to photovoltaic solar energy based in the municipalities of San José de las Lajas, (San Antonio de las Vegas), Bejucal and Madruga, with an amount of 30 million dollars. Likewise, specialists are expected to enter the country and thus identify what is lacking for the subsequent constitution.
There are others in the portfolio of opportunities waiting for a foreign partner to be identified with those proposals and to finance it. They are related to tourism, agriculture, the Rum Factory and the Yeast and Fermentation Company S.A.
