Mayabeque, Cuba: The Municipal Housing Directorate in Madruga monitors the illegalities detected aimed at ordering each case and eradicating violations.
According to the head of the Department of Law and Administration of that entity, Mariela Games Piloto, the number of violations is negligible and there is an educational and persuasive work.
The official explained that the municipality’s illegality commission is made up of members of the Council of Administration, Physical Planning, in addition to them and the owners of the premises to whom a warning document is drawn up by which they are informed of the time that have to fix the problem.
Along with the monitoring that the housing management in Madruga provides today to the illegalities, other state evaluations of the urban violations that contemplate the spaces of community coexistence and multi-family buildings are taking place.
