Mayabeque, Cuba: The Children’s Workshops of Repentismo will begin in the face to face modality from Saturday, November 13, according to the director of the Casa de la Décima de Mayabeque, Lázaro Palenzuela.
“The opening ceremony will be held at our headquarters at 9 in the morning with a sample of the most important things presented in specialized workshops on children repentismo with an important group of artists, the fruits of this project and with results at the highest level of the culture in our country ”, Palenzuela, added.
He also explained about the hard work to maintain the tradition and have a full cluster of professors in almost the entire province.
The Houses of Culture support the work and the Provincial Directorate of Culture plays a role in the development of the meetings.
“We want to exhort all those who are not enrolled and are between 5 and 15 years old, to come to the Casa de la Décima”, concluded the director.
The members of the children’s workshops for Repentismo have different activities planned for this final stage of the year, as well as the recording in November of the first album with EGREM called “De Mayabeque un cantar”, with different guests from Cuba and the world.
